The article is about two studies that explored the way people perceive and define diversity within a historically and majority group lead contexts of academia and business. The article theorized that individuals often interpret diversity as the numeric illustration of social acceptance and racial minorities in a particular group (Chen & Hamilton, 2015). The first study comprised the undergraduates particularly the minorities including the perception for campus diversity that was forecasted through perceived social acceptance related to college campus beyond and above the illustration for the perceived minority.
