Abstract
Healthcare assessment is one of the improvement that his adopted by most firms to ensure proper service delivery in the healthcare facilities and the management to f the nurses in them. It is one of the areas that provided that service delivery and the quality standard of the services are modern and work towards improvement and ascertaining that there is a consistent trend in the health sector. However, the assessment process of the facilities is one of the challenging issues, especially regarding the formula and agreement on the agreement of the universally accepted standards of reading their level of the service delivered to the patient. In most cases, the use of the patient-centered approach of service delivery becomes one of the assessed areas based on the level of satisfaction received by such patients in addressing their health matters. This research, therefore, investigates the assessment criteria for the health service provision.
