Reasons Why School of Business Will Help Me Achieve My Goals
Apart from my childhood dreams of pursuing a business-related course, my previous job encounters have also shaped and precisely directed me to towards a Finance major. I am an energetic person with a strong financial background owing to the experience gained in the field cashier for more than one firm. The positions challenged me, but I overcome them because I learn fast. However, I believe is personal development through which I can serve higher areas with the enhanced skills and knowledge to improve my decision-making abilities and the problem-solving skills in the corporate world. I have prior exposure in the field where I worked as a cashier in LizSue Bagels II in Norwalk, Donut Delight in Stanford, and in In planet, Milagro Ecuador. My key responsibilities involved handling cash, operating the cash register, issuing bills of payments, and balancing cash daily receipts. Exposure to the business-related activities and the urge to reach my childhood dreams further attracted me to enroll in the business school and major in Finance.
The University’s core value that best represents me is leadership which is understood as influencing others to achieve desired results.
