“Meaning of life”
Finding the meaning of life may be a challenging task. Should we, for example, make more money all our lives and forget to make relationships with others? Could we also be happy if we lived a life of begging but had as many friends as possible? What is the purpose of waking up every day to make a better future yet we will still die one day anyway? Answering these questions may not be easy to many. It is important to make up one’s view of their own happiness based on the various conceptions of happiness.
If one found themselves alone in the entire universe, life would still be meaningless even if they had as much money as possible. First, they would not be in a position to use this money as they would as nobody would be there to sell what they require. Even if there was a system where everything sold itself and you were only required to place the money where you took the item, life would still be meaningless. Some happiness in using what we have stems from sharing it with others and how they view the particular item. You would, for example, get no satisfaction from driving a Lamborghini if those around you don’t know its worth. While making all the money one can get may bring some level of happiness to them in that they can travel where they want or buy what they want, one would still be living an incomplete life without friends.
