Summary of “The ‘Spoils’ of the Park”
The article “The ‘Spoils’ of the Park” requires attentive discussions on the subject matters. According to the article by Rosenzweig and Blackmar, the Board of Commissioners discussed the final status of the Central Park and sealed their meeting, which makes the board members feel concerned and uneasy about the future.
