The Colgate-Palmolive company is multinational consumer goods that aim its main objectives at production, provision and distribution of health care, household and the personal product like detergents, toothpaste and detergents (Colgate-Palmolive Company, 2000). The company earns revenue of US$17.42 billion annually. So far, Colgate toothpaste is the highest selling toothpaste brand in the world.
Consequently, the company needs a strong marketing strategy that will ensure that everybody in the world is using this product.
