In the article, the search strategy described is effective as it provides the opportunity to come across a wide range of articles related to the research topic. On using a variety of keywords, it becomes possible not only to find more articles related to the topic but also to find ones focusing on diverse aspects related to the research topic (Parahoo, 2014). Similarly, selecting articles within the last ten years make sure that the provided information is more updated and can, therefore, be used to make medical inferences in the present day. Further, the research question is broad enough to cover the essential aspects related to the functionality of children with autism. Also, the LSQ tends to trigger in-depth reflection on the topic, which works to make it easier to identify the critical information that needs to be collected for the research project (Parahoo, 2014). Some questions that can be asked about the topic include what the research seeks to accomplish, how they are planning to achieve it, and how the LSQ facilitates the accomplishment of the objective.

Despite selecting a suitable search strategy and sources, the project may need various improvements.
