78-year-old Mrs. Sarwecki was diagnosed with left-sided hemiplegia. The condition is lifelong, and it affects on one side of a person’s body. Mrs. Sarwecki treatment entails Passive Range of Motion Exercise, and in medication, she will need metformin Hydrochloride PO, Enoxaparin SC, Metoprolol PO, and Olanzapine PO. And since she cannot move with smooth, she will require assistance with her ADLs. Finding a fit nurse for this task is the problem considering Mrs. Sarwecki does not understand English.
The most important objective in this phase of CVA is to avoid causing any further complication on the patient’s condition. A nurse will assess Mrs. Sarwecki’s neurologic status and vital signs at an interval of every four hours. Doing this will help in the identification of a cardiovascular sign that tries escalating blood flow?
