Evaluation is a wholesome process that seeks to table all there is to a subject under study; it does not matter the appropriateness of the findings, they ought to get presented at the end of the evaluation period. Evaluation based on the community-based participatory approach (CBPR) model would help identify the areas that are barring the realization of health wellness program goals.
