Abstract
In the current technological world, transportation has been made easy, effective and cheap. Acquisition of vehicles has equally been made easy by the profound expansion of automotive companies. People have found it easy to acquire vehicles, and the need for people to move from one place to another has been made easy by the Uber Company. The company provides citizens with employment provided they meet some specific requirements. Any 21 years old or above person who has interest in becoming an Uber driver is welcomed to fill an application form which has few steps. The candidates are supposed to be qualified drivers and therefore to possess a driving license. Secondly, the drivers are supposed to possess a social security number. The number helps the company to confirm the nationality of the applicants as well as their residential areas. As well it helps ensure that the driver is insured. Lastly, the applicant is supposed to have a car which is in good condition. Since the driver will be transporting people from one place to another, they are required to have a car which is in good condition to ensure that the clients are safe.
