Experience and knowledge are two distinct words but which depend on each other. As they say, “Experience is the source of knowledge”. From the definition, Knowledge is the Facts and information as well as the skills acquired through education or experience together with the practical or theoretical understanding of the field or subject. Experience, on the other hand, is the skills or knowledge which has been acquired through a periodic practical experience on a field more so gained in a particular profession.
From a research, a study has shown that by connecting with a particular area, the prefrontal cortex builds a correlation with the general intelligence of a person. This intelligence relies partly on brain areas which function highly and partly on the way they are able to communicate with another brain area, which is knowledge. On the other hand, apart from brain physical connectivity, being able to make connections between knowledge and ideas which we hold in in our memories thus helping us to think more creatively hence producing quality work is an experience.
Creativity is just a matter of connecting things with confidence from knowledge and experience.
