The paper is testing the past and complexities of the human history based on hominins evolution. The paper is objective because it uses the opinion of other individuals other than that of the author. The author explains that he looked for information from a scientist who was writing a summary of the current understanding of human evolution (Zimmer 2). Also, it uses past research evidence from scientists in various areas of the world. It uses the findings from research on bones dating back to 300,000 years ago in Morocco (Zimmer 2). Also, it uses the results of a study on 250,000-year-old fossils in South Africa, 2015.

The most interesting aspect of the paper is the introduction where the author admits that evolution theory does not provide a straight path from the ancestors to modern humans. From my understanding of the evolution theory, I believe it provides a consistent path of how modern humans evolved from ape-like creatures.
