The culture and readiness of an organization for the system-wide integration of evidence-based survey explore the various elements that impact evidence-based practices. These practices affect changes in the nurse’s practices and perspectives. To complete the survey, the background methodologies that are used to achieve the results have to be considered. The appropriate organizational culture survey tool used was the Google forms which are digital forms used to collect information. The barriers to the results for EBP were also considered. The rationale for the survey scored was based on the scales from one to five depending on how the organization is ready for the outcomes. The score for the communications between the departments was significantly high. This shows the readiness of this department. The score that was extremely low was the trust for the management in the organization. This shows the lack of faith that some employees have on the management.
