To all the staff members:
It has come to our understanding that due to the changes that have taken place in economic, demography and technology the vocational policies for the organization is not working. The things which we used to do in the office vacation are outdated calling for a policy change (Woźniak et al. 2014). To ensure that the policies work for all the staff members, we ask all of you to participate by giving suggestion on some of the things that you see fit changing. Therefore, the first step that the company will take is to change the vocational education and training. The aim of changing the policy will be to adopt new techniques to help us reorganize our organization structure and accommodate the changes (Woźniak et al. 2014). In the first two weeks we will dwell on scheduling the best time for the vocational training and research to understand the opportunities and challenges we are likely to encounter.
The current generation is changing the work environment and the methods used in the past are not working now. The aim of changing the vacation policy is to increase the productivity of all the stuff by preventing burnout (Woźniak et al. 2014). The nature of the duties today has changed and people have the ability to work from any place and submit work at the right time.
