Time wastage is a problem that can hinder the achievement of goals of an organization. There are various daily time wasters that need to be avoided to ensure that the time available is properly utilized to increase productivity. For instance, he or she may receive a lot of phone calls from various people and thus delay the execution of the task. Also, a fellow employee may introduce a talk and thus waste a lot of time which was meant to achieve a particular goal (Moga n.pag).
Secondly, boredom is another daily time waster.
