In the medical field, proper care and quality service are among the vital issues regarding healthcare. There are instances where the quality of services in healthcare, especially nursing has come into question. To deal with the matter, various principles and practices have been proposed as a measure of improving the quality of service in the nursing profession. Policies and methods ensure that the challenges faced regarding quality service are dealt with. One of the critical issues that affect quality service in nursing includes infection control.
