There are various forms of bullying ranging from school and workplace bullying to the most recent form, cyberbullying. Millions of people become victims of cyberbullying every day. Although any individual can be a victim of cyberbullying, it is most prevalent among teenagers and young adults. While some of those who plan these forms of attacks are well known, some prefer to remain anonymous. The cost of electronic gadgets has gradually decreased, and the access to the internet has eased over time. Nowadays, more than 2 billion people in the world own a smartphone. Some people are utilizing this opportunity to victimize their enemies. They target individuals they desire to ruin their reputation and send them threatening or embarrassing texts, images, videos or gifs. Others will use their social media platforms to propagate their vice. Cyberbullying has immense and adverse effects on the emotional and psychological well-being of the victim because it might end up ruining their reputation.
