On the other hand, BioMarin Pharmaceutical Inc. is a company dealing with pharmaceutical products. The company is based in California, in the U.S but in operates locally in the country as well as in other parts of the worlds such as Asia, and Europe (BioMarin Pharmaceutical Inc, 2018). The human resource functions of this international company are advanced and well-organized because the nation in which the company is found is stable.
