Nurses should collaborate with other health professionals to achieve patient-centered care while working to promote the prevention of various complications while implementing evidence-based practices (EBP) that will ensure these high-quality outcomes.
Ongoing coordination among a variety of medical professionals and nurse practitioners is essential to providing better services while maintaining lower costs per unit of service (Salmond & Echevarria, 2017). Nurses should provide continued care depending on the trajectory of the illness and use their skills regarding patient advocacy to solve complex issues.
