A packing receipt is a contract. It has express terms which by parking the car in the said location, the owner agrees with the terms of the agreement. If the owner does not agree with the outlined terms, he will not park at the medical center parking lot. However, the contract can be challenged in a court of law (Stim, 2016). The reason is that the terms are revealed to the person after making the payment. As a result, if one wants to rescind from the decision after reading the contents of the contract, the person will have to forego the money he had paid to secure the parking receipt.
A contract is made if one party makes an offer and the other accepts the terms stipulated in the proposal. However, it can be invalid if there is a counteroffer that has been made. In this case, the contract is valid, and no counteroffer is made. In some cases, parties to the sale fail to include all terms of the deal. However, this does not mean the contract is not valid. Instead, if one needs the agreement to be modified based on the personal interests, he can approach the merchant and negotiate new terms. Failure to take such measures means that the person agrees with all the terms of the contract.
