Dear Mr. Bob,
My aim in writing this letter is to complain about the product I bought and received from your company. On Nov 11, 2018, I ordered through your store Gelectronics the Hakko soldering station model number FX888D. On arrival, I removed the soldering station from the box in which it came in, and I tried to solder one of a few circuit boards that I been waiting to fix. But to my luck, the soldering station came defective.
This is my other complaint which is on delivery services and time. The facilities are weak and not as per what the workers tell you. Right now, I am upset. Because I waited three weeks for this soldering station to arrive and it does not work at all. I was in urgent of the soldering station but you staff members delayed.
The problem with the soldering station is that it’s not heating up. I tried to raise the heat by turning the heating volume to the maximum level, and it stays cold.
I am very disappointed to have waited so long to receive a soldering station that is not functioning the way it should. I work in the electronics business and right now I have several circuit boards and motherboard which I need to solder and fix right now I am back up with my work.
