In the United Arabs Emirates, Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC) is known for its competence in oil production and other related services. Moreover, the company is fourth among the largest oil companies in the whole world (Tareq, 2005). It has proved beyond reasonable doubts to have the potential to provide products that satisfy most parts of the world. In the year 1971, it is when the company was introduced with the aim of operating all oil and gas entities in the whole of United Arabs Emirates. First, it concentrated on two products; oil and gas production but later it started expanding.
