AbstractThis study aims to answer the following aspects related to Black women teenagers; the kind of experiences that are reported in school, what it means to be racially discriminated as a black girl in her teenage and finally can the experiences and opinions give concrete information for educational reforms in school. The evaluation and assessment of the 18 participants proved that racism could be defined in association to prejudice, biased treatment, and discrimination among many others. Most of the females interviewed cited their experiences of racism explained that in most insects they experienced a series of unfairness, prejudice and biased treatment in school which included low instructors expectations, labels as well as stereotypes. Black feminist thought, critical race theory, and feminism were utilized as conceptual frameworks. Finally, the impacts for high school education instructor education and need for reforms are further discussed in the article. The results retrieved indicated that there were 9/18 of the participants who had ever experienced racial discrimination. The Bridge Girls High school showered that 60 percent of the girls had ever been through racial experiences where as that of Summit was at 50 percent.
