Thesis
There is a need to ensure fundamental care is offered to patients to aid in their speedy recovery. Nurses have an important role to play in ensuring that patients are given the best possible care. One of the strategies that can be used is referred to as the intentional-rounding. This is an approach whereby nurses carry out checks at different times to assess as well as manage the fundamental care needs of the patients. The objective of the research in this article is to enlighten the nurses on how this approach can be effectively implemented to improve health care.
